Your responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products, including web applications, apps, and websites.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to define project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and interviews, to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance design practices.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing, and maintain a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of digital product designs (websites, apps, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and best practices.Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
- Experience with design research methods and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design is a plus.
