INNoVA, an accessible workforce consulting company, partners with businesses and government entities to help organizations recognize their current state, identify needed improvements, and implement solutions to ensure accessibility. Faced with a strict two-month window, INNoVA needed to develop a mobile app for their INNoVA Sphere digital platform and requested the creation of an "industry-changing" new business initiative or feature for their app.
We addressed both of INNoVA’s challenges by designing and developing a mobile app using a shared codebase for iOS and Android. The app includes a comprehensive self-assessment tool featuring over 800 questions and recommendations, completed within the two-month deadline. The app is scalable and future-proofed, allowing for the quick incorporation of user feedback. INNoVA now can utilize this tool to improve accessibility for the general public andINNoVA's business partners as a service upgrade, along with future-focused new business initiatives that we are currently helping INNoVA implement.
