We designed, developed, and launched INNoVA's first mobile app, introducing the INNoVA Sphere digital platform. This platform provides self-assessments, personalized recommendations, and services for both the general public and INNoVA's partners, all within a tight two-month timeframe. Our team collaborated closely with INNoVA's front-end app developers and project managers to ensure the project met the ambitious goals we helped initiate and design.

INNoVA, an accessible workforce consulting company, partners with businesses and government entities to help organizations recognize their current state, identify needed improvements, and implement solutions to ensure accessibility. Faced with a strict two-month window, INNoVA needed to develop a mobile app for their INNoVA Sphere digital platform and requested the creation of an "industry-changing" new business initiative or feature for their app.

We addressed both of INNoVA’s challenges by designing and developing a mobile app using a shared codebase for iOS and Android. The app includes a comprehensive self-assessment tool featuring over 800 questions and recommendations, completed within the two-month deadline. The app is scalable and future-proofed, allowing for the quick incorporation of user feedback. INNoVA now can utilize this tool to improve accessibility for the general public andINNoVA's business partners as a service upgrade, along with future-focused new business initiatives that we are currently helping INNoVA implement.
